01 / CAREER STARTER

Your first week in a future save

Give yourself time to understand the world before applying for every job. A familiar club name can hide very different finances, facilities, and expectations.

  1. Read the history. Review recent league tables, cup winners, promotions, and relegations. Find out which clubs have risen or fallen.
  2. Define your manager. Choose the reputation and qualifications that suit the challenge you want. Record your own rules before applying.
  3. Build a job shortlist. Compare available roles by league, squad strength, finances, and board expectations.
  4. Audit before recruiting. Once appointed, assess contracts, wages, fitness, and the positions you can cover with the players already there.
  5. Keep an original copy. Preserve the downloaded save and use a separate file for your career.

02 / SAVE INSPIRATION

Find your fallen giant

Compare a club’s historic standing with its current division. A compelling rebuild has both a reason to care and constraints that make progress meaningful.

Check debt, wage commitments, academy facilities, and the strength of the division. Decide whether your goal is promotion, financial recovery, or developing a generation of local players. Avoid assuming a big stadium means a large transfer budget.

03 / SQUAD BUILDING

Recruit for the world you inherit

In a long-term save, yesterday’s famous prospects may be retired. Start with the roles your system needs, then compare available players against your squad and league.

Use scouting knowledge, wage limits, contract length, availability, and registration rules alongside attributes. Keep a shortlist with alternatives so one failed negotiation does not dictate your entire window.

MORE THAN A NEW SEASON

A whole new football world.
Make your mark on it.
